Financial Services Guide
In preparation
The complete Financial Services Guide is being finalised with our licensee and will be published here. It is the document that tells you who provides the Moneta Business Account, how they are paid, and how to complain. Until then, this is what it will cover.
1. Purpose of this guide
Why you are given a Financial Services Guide before any financial service is provided, and how to ask for more information.
2. Who provides the services
The licensed issuer of the Moneta Business Account and payment services, the licence it operates under, and the role of Moneta Worldwide as the platform and distributor.
3. What the services are
A business payment account with wallets in supported currencies, local and international payments, and currency conversion. Not a credit product, deposit account or interest-bearing investment.
4. Remuneration and benefits
How the issuer and Moneta are paid: account fees, payment fees, FX margins and any commercial arrangements between the parties. Amounts follow the published pricing and your quote.
5. Conflicts of interest
How conflicts between the issuer, Moneta and technology providers are identified and managed.
6. Compensation arrangements
The professional indemnity insurance the issuer maintains for the services it provides.
7. Dispute resolution
How to raise a query or complaint with Moneta, how it is escalated to the issuer, and the external dispute resolution scheme available to eligible complainants. See our complaints page.
8. Privacy
How personal information is collected, used and disclosed in providing the services, in line with our Privacy Policy.
