Moneta is pre-launch. The complete Privacy Policy will be published here before accounts open, covering the Australian Privacy Principles and the data protection regimes of each jurisdiction we operate in. Until then, this notice applies to this website: Moneta Worldwide receives only the details you choose to send us by email (the waitlist and contact forms open a message in your own email app), and uses them solely to reply and to contact you about early access. We do not sell them or share them beyond the providers that host our email. To ask about or remove your details, email hello@monetaworldwide.com. Privacy complaints follow the process on the Complaints page. The full policy will cover:
1. Who we are
The Moneta Worldwide entities that act as data controllers for your information, by jurisdiction, and how to contact us about privacy.
2. Information we collect
Business and registry information about your company; identity information about directors, beneficial owners and authorized users (as required by law for verification); transaction and account data; and technical data from your use of the platform and this website.
3. Why we collect it
To provide accounts, payments, FX and cards; to meet our legal obligations, including identity verification, sanctions screening, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing monitoring, and regulatory reporting; to keep the platform secure; and to communicate with you about the service.
4. Who we share it with
The regulated partner institutions that provide payment and account services (including our settlement partners), identity-verification and screening providers, regulators and law enforcement where required, and service providers who operate under contract with us.
5. International transfers
How information moves between our Australian and UAE entities and partners, and the safeguards applied to those transfers.
6. Security and retention
How we protect personal information, and how long we retain it, including retention periods required by financial-services law after an account closes.
7. Your rights
How to access or correct your information, raise a privacy complaint, and the rights available to you under the law of your jurisdiction.

What this website stores in your browser and why. This pre-launch site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
