The questions procurement asks
Is the FX spread really the whole FX cost?
Yes. The spread is applied to the mid-market rate and shown in your quote before you accept. There is no additional margin, wire markup or “same-day” surcharge on conversions between your own wallets.
Are there minimum balances or inactivity fees?
No. You pay the monthly account fee and the per-transaction charges above. A quiet month costs you the account fee and nothing else.
Can we negotiate volume pricing?
Yes. Payment fees and the FX spread step down with volume on the Growth plan, and Scale pricing is negotiated directly against your flows.
What happens to fees during onboarding?
Nothing is charged until your account is approved and open.
